        I had the coconut cone and cookie ice cream. Creamiest ice cream I have ever had! So good!! Daughter had a watermelon popsicle. She ate the whole thing but gave me a bite. It was like you were eating watermelon very good!

        We've been to El Rincon at least 10 times since they opened, we loved it until tonight. Went for ice cream on 12/27/23 and arrived at 8:23pm. Google and the door showed they closed at 9pm. One employee was mopping and one was behind the counter. When my husband and kids went to the door, they both hid in the back and ignored us until we were leaving the parking lot and they came back out laughing. Guess we'll have to find a new ice cream place which is shame.
