Armada is an amazing CrossFit community! The coaches are super helpful and take the time to explain and go over movements and Wods thoroughly. All fitness levels and ages are welcome,I am a mom of 3 and I struggled finding an exercise routine I enjoyed doing until I found Armada! I love the morning class and everyone's energy!

This place is amazing!!! I honestly couldn't found a better place to start my new CrossFit journey. CrossFit Armada's clientele & coach Melissa has made my new experience truly enjoyable. Everyone is super inspiring and very supportive. Definitely a place I would highly recommend for anyone at any fitness level. I'm truly pleased and couldn't be happier being a member of CrossFit Armada.

I have been coming to Crossfit Armada for almost 2 years.  Choosing Armada was one of the best decisions I've ever made.  I was new to Crossfit (and getting in shape period), however the Armada coaches and family oriented atmosphere made me feel welcome from day one.  The encouragement you get here, from both coaches and fellow workout friends, will inspire you to keep coming back and achieve your fitness goals.  I look forward to exercise and never thought in a million years I'd say that! Highly recommend!

I have been doing crossfit for around 4 years and have been to countless boxes around the world. Crossfit Armada is among one of the best I have been at for various reasons.1. The facilities are clean, large and well maintained.2. The community is loving and supportive and down to earth.3. The workouts are programmed well.4. The coaches love fitness and want to share their love with everyone.5. They have a variety of classes, (crossfit, OLY, yoga)For anyone who is intrigued I highly suggest you try Armada. You may be a bit shy at first but the community will certainly embrace you.

This is a place where it's truly so much more than simply crossfit. It started with the fundamental course which got myself ready to begin. Melissa did an amazingly no job of making sure I wouldn't just drown during mugwort WOD. I did not take long before it was an addiction. Not only did I enjoy the workouts, but you become like family. There is nothing but encouragement offered the entire time and although you are working separate everyone in there is a team. All of the coaches: Esteban, Chau, Melissa, and Val make the experience an even greater investment. If it weren't for an injury I would be there daily still.  But if looking for a family to work out with then this is your place!!
