The company called in advance to let me know James was on his way. He was very knowledgeable about the Nest thermostats and had them both up and running in less than an hour. He even took the time to explain some of its features. I would definitely recommend Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning company to friends.

During the heat of the summer, I scheduled a repair service with Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning. Before their scheduled visit, I was able to secure another company days earlier to address the fact that my central air was not working. I mistakenly did not cancel the service appointment, and they did not hold me to their service charge! How old school and professional! I will definitely use them in the future!

Great Company. My compressor went out on my 23 year old AC unit and I found them through a Google search of my area. Seeing all the good reviews they had I had them come out and give me an estimate to replace both the AC system and also to replace the old gas furnace. The person that came to look at the system and give me an estimate explained all the options available to me and explained all the differences in each. Once I decided on the system I wanted to go with they scheduled an install date. The person doing the install showed up on time and got the entire system replaced that day. I am very happy with this company and will have them replace my other unit if it ever has any issues in the future. I cannot say how their prices compare to other companies since I did not get any other estimates, but to me price is not a driving factor when I buy things. I would rather get good quality products and service instead of buying the cheapest product I can find.

Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning tech was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and correct all of the issues we had. In addition, he made sure to clean up each of the work spaces upon completion of the work. We will be using Mesa Heating & Air Conditioning again, and highly recommend them to others.
