        Went for lotto tickets, attendant told me she does not accept bills like this. I said bills like what? She said old bills.....won't be spending any old or new money there in the future.

        I arrived at this store at 1155pm and the attendant had already locked the door, refused to answer the phone and wouldn't respond to at least 5 cars that were outside petitioning for her to at least respond. She simply walked to the back of the store and refused to emerge until well after we had all been there for almost 10 minutes. This occurred on August 4th at 1155 pm.
