Went to counter guy was on speaker on the tue conference call. Told him we need to find out pay off for what we bought 1 year ago because we are looking to get new furniture. He was not interested in helping out from the get go. Never asked for name, acct #, nothing. Fiddled with the computer a whole 15 seconds & said porthole wasn't working. But first after explaining something simple he said from getgo before anything you will have to call corporate. This was our 5th attempt in a year to come ask questions but we can never get anything from counter help. It's always call corporate, porthole down, I'm not sure, I don't know, the person that can help you isn't here & all excuses possible to avoid helping out in any way. Also was not even interested in offering to get us to look at more furniture since we mentioned we are looking. We don't recommend coming here for the lack of customer service they have at this store. I will be calling corporate about this. He did keep telling us to after all.
