        Orders are always wrong, workers don't care, long wait times, don't bother with the fries or nuggets they will be cold. Everything comes out cold. They'll leave your food behind the counter without calling your name or number and let it just sit there to get cold.

        Horrible customer service. Made and online order and they forgot to give me two of my sandwiches and the hash browns. McDonalds please do better

        worst mcdonalds in the pearland area! placed a mobile order, cause im obviously in a hurry. i stayed at the menu trying to give them my code for over 15 minutes. then on top of that, they took forever making my food & it looked like it was all thrown in the bag. the total time i spent waiting on my food was around 45 minutes. ridiculous.
