Tried to have my birthday facial there and after walking around for 25 mins trying to find the office and no one answering the phone I was fed up. After the 10th call the lady finally answers the phone and I explained that we had an appointment and we are in the professional building but the door to the office was locked. We waited there for several more minutes but no one showed up to the door. Being that the service was previously paid through Groupon we will be getting a refund. There needs to be better communication on where the building is and better service on answering the phone.

We have tried this place a couple of times. She is always running late and doesn't bother to let anyone know. The lashes have been ok so we've tried giving other chances but she's consistently late and the lashes were glued to the eyelid this time. There's also a cut on the eyelid. Don't waste your money.
