Dollar Tree

Very poor customer service. There are 2 employees in the store and one lady on the register (3 total). The line is long and the lady at the register is only taking cash which is hardly anyone. They are trying to force people to use the self checkout. The problem with self checkout is the register keeps reading errors; so the same lady who is just sitting at the empty register still has to come clear the code when she could be ringing up customers. Boxes are everywhere and obstructing the isles. They are out of stock of a lot of things. This location used to be a good location. I will not be shopping here.

We pull up at 8:50pm for some last minute shopping and we find an employee at the door, locking it and keeping watch like a dog so no other customers can enter. General manger is this the customer service the Dollar Tree corporation stands by ? I hope not. This was silly and unprofessional, please fix it. Thank you!

The worst dollar tree I've ever been too. Horrible customer service, managers aren't attentive to cashier needs. Cashier has no idea what's she's doing. The sales associate (Karen) needed help, they closed the door on her and she just stood there clueless. Dollar tree needs to do better.
