As a result, we've implemented a new policy requiring our groomers to make a minimum of a phone call to new grooming clients after their pet's grooming session. This will ensure that we address any concerns or questions and provide the best possible service.We understand that our groomers may not always be available to release pets in person, especially if their day ends early due to the number of grooms scheduled. However, we believe that a simple phone call can go a long way in ensuring that our clients feel informed and satisfied with their grooming experience.Thank you again for letting us know.
