Nothing against Dr. LaFleur, but the staff at the office is terrible. I had to wait over 2 hours to be seen at my first appointment just to be told I would need an MRI. I schedule the MRI and ended up waiting over an hour for that. Then I called a week later wondering when I would get my results and the staff said someone was supposed to call me to schedule a follow up, but no one did. I made it clear that I did not want to make the 45 minute drive if the results were normal and made the appointment. I then waited over an hour for that appointment to be told the scan looked good and that I would need to schedule another appointment for an injection. On top of all this whenever I call I get the answering machine and I never get a call back. I called the office today to ask them if they listed to my voicemail yesterday morning, I was put on hold and someone else picked up the phone to ask how they can help. I told the woman to cancel my next appointment and to remove me as a patient and she said ok sounds good, bye. I have had to pay for 3 appointments and non of which helped my issue.

Hope You dont need documents for records in with in a 12 month period for any reason.. Was not always like this .. Dr is Great but WOW

I've been here recently, but unfortunately I had bad experience with this facility! The front desk is nice, but the office manager is very cruel, doesn't care about the patients with their painful! If they have cash on hand to pay for treatment immediately, they will be scheduled to go quickly, but if you are with health insurance let wait for an appointment even though they have been pre-approved by the insurance! I think I wouldn't refer to the others and of course I will never come back to this facility!

The level of incompetence the front desk/office staff possess is beyond me. From scheduling, answering phones, returning calls to the customer service its all horrible. That office is in dire need of restaffing. I dont think retraining would suffice. One star is the lowest rating I could give. However, that is too high.
