I purchased gas and flowers. While pumping my gas I realized I still needed to go to Kroger so I walked back in the building to request a refund for the flowers to which the tall male cashier with a beard told me they dont do refunds on the card. Im not sure if they get penalized for refunds but as a customer that has nothing to do with me and it is simply against the law. Customer service was terrible. No one should be treated this way. Zero stars
