I ordered through DoorDash and forgot to hit send. I get there and see it wasnt sent and because of time, DoorDash could no longer accept order. 15 minutes before close. The employees were super friendly and understanding and didnt give some attitude. Thats appreciated knowing I messed up but they gave me great service.

Entry-level authentic asian cuisine that is freshly prepared with wholesome ingredients. Dimly lit cashier/ordering station is a head scratcher as it seems more maintenance issue rather than ambiance setting. Main seating area is clean and tidy. Food service is fast with minimal errors in my experience. Good quick lunch or dinner location, that is never too packed and offers good portion sized entrees. Vegetarian options: All dishes can be prepared with tofu or without protein. Teriyaki tofu is pretty tasty!

Anyone that knows me knows that I was a Pei Wei super fan from the first time I went as a kid. I was probably around 12 when I first went. I got the chicken teriyaki almost every time I went for 15 years lol. Everything was great until covid lock downs hit and the restaurants were closed for 2 month. Ever since they opened back up over 3 years ago the food has not been the same. I thought it might be different cooks or suppliers of the food but even other franchise locations are not the same.The chicken has really gone down in quality. Almost inedible. Such a shame.
