Helpful staff, but they could not figure out the confusing military discount process.

Very very rude, 2 women standing at the "PRO'S cash registers doing nothing while other lines are stretching at least 5 people deep. Why can't these 2 women assist in cashiering to get the regular customer lines down. The lunber area was in total disaster piles of wood on carts blocking the backdoor and aisle, serious fire hazard stacks of wood blocking the door.

As usual, it was very hard to find an employee to help load plywood unto flat cart. Normal, for this location. Customers were helping each other. Thats a good thing. But with everyone in a frenzy...because of new media getting everyone in a frenzy over the three day winter freeze here in Texas, ProDesk at Home Depot decided she was going to close during one of the busiest/hectic times to go stand around and talk to her co workers. Maybe it was her lunch time...but place was crowded...people were crazy...and there were very few cashiers...as usual for Home Depot. So walking out with two carts of plywood, two employees walk past us and again...did not offer to help load into truck. Another customer helped us load. Yeah, I'll stick with driving a couple of more miles to the "other" home improvement store.
