Repeat customer with Dalton Air Conditioning. Had my AC serviced before summer gets here. Technician was super nice and professional. Took care of everything and recommended some small fixes that were needed. On time and got my unit ready for the heat. Will be using them again and very pleased as usual.

Dalton Air came recommended from my neighbor and I am happy to report they did not disappoint. So I signed up for their Comfort Tune VIP program and scheduled a visit for today to get any issues taken care of before summer. Jaylon was deployed to check the system and he was very pleasant and very awesome. He was efficient as he checked and cleaned what was needed and made good recommendations once he was finished. He was transparent about the necessity and cost of each level of recommendations. Highly recommend.

I am late in posting this review. Dalton and company are honest, professional experts in their work. Other companies tried to convince me it was time to buy a new AC. Not Dalton - they came in, diagnosed the problem and found the solution. I have their service plan for preventive coverage I highly recommend Dalton's AC - this is where my next AC unit will come from - once my senior unit truly dies.
