        I was in the process of looking for a new vet. I called the Spencer Animal Hospital today. The girl who answered the phone was EXTREMELY unhelpful. The questions I was asking about vaccinations she rudely told me to go online and read as she slammed the phone down. Her alone will be the reason I will not be taking my animal here.

        My dog was peeing straight up blood, her usual vet was fully booked. I went to the closest place. Walked in there the and vibes were disgustingly off. Felt like I walked into a party I wasn't invited to. They didn't take my dog because I didn't book an appointment but yeah the mood there was so weird and they treated me like I was four and couldnt find my mommy.

        This place is very clean. Love the service from staff and vet that checked my dog that was in due to not able to move much his neck and was very shaky at touch was very gentle with him. We were treated very nicely
