Cars On Demand

On July 5 2022. I went to cars on demand for a car. 2009 Mazda cx9. They let me drive away with no brakes. The brakes wentvout 5 days after I had the car. I had to pay 200 dollars to get the car towed back to them even though I pay cars on demand48 dollars a week for full coverage and I still have to get my own insurance in my name. They kept it for a week for brakes. After being so rude about the situation. Four days later my whole dash lights up. Bsm light,tsm light, brake light service light , others. I call they tell me" those are sensors. U can drive with sensors lights on." Just like one person told me " well you had 15 percent of brakes and brakes isn't a necessity of a car so I had to fix them myself" anyway 2 days after the sensors I goes to get in the car and it won't start. Acts like the battery is dead. AND I go to open the hood to get a jump and the hood won't pop. The latch and the cable to the hood was broken. Called them 3 days they would give me the run around. I person finally told me well instead of paying another 200 dollars for a tow back up there. Go ahead find some one to take the bumper off to get the hood open, charge the battery, get it back up here and we'll take care of it for u. I paid a tow service 160. O0 for all that and when I call to confirm to bring the car no one answered. Mind u I also did my part and paid the 400 a month plus another 100 for 2 weeks of full coverage. So back to it, battery wouldn't keep a charge. Went to auto zone put it on the machine battery only had 17 percent of life. Had to pay for a new battery 200 dollars out my pocket. Now guess what, that was a few days ago. I go get in the car today and the fucking battery is dead again. This car has been broken more times since I had it in this one dam month. They know I'm on a fix income. Disability. I'm done cause I took out my rent to fix this car because they refuse to be decent people. O the brakes are fucking up again. And this shit still won't run. I can't get to my dr appointments. The reason for the car. But I can't let them get away with this. Somebody have to answer. Cause I can't pay nomore. Fucking CRooks.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER SHIP TO ANYBODY. THEY ARE VERY HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I WAS FINANCING A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE FOR MY FAMILY. THE SAME DAY I BROUGHT IT HOME I NOTICE IT HAD SOME PROBLEMS. ABOUT A WEEK LATER IT GOT WAY WORSE SO I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER SHIP AND ASKED THEM IF I CAN DO A TRADE. THEY SAID NO. THEY DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO HELP FIX THE PROBLEMS. SO I TOOK IT TO A SHOP THE TOTAL TO FIX EVERYTHING WAS $4,000. SO I CALLED COD TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY DID NOT WANT TO WORK WITH ME. THERE WAS METAL IN THE OIL, THE WHOLE ENGINE WILL JUMP WHEN I PUSHED ON THE GAS, IT ONLY DROVE 20MPH THERE WAS SO MUCH MORE. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT I WOULD BE LATE A COUPLE OF PAYMENTS BECAUSE I HAD TO GET PROBLEMS FIXED THAT THEY SHOULD OF FIXED BEFORE EVEN TRYING TO SELL IT. I WAS TOLD I COULDN'T TALK TO THEM UNTIL I MADE A PAYMENT. THE CAR WOULDN'T EVEN DRIVE. I PUT SO MUCH MONEY IN THE VEHICLE. THEN THEY DECIDED TO PICK IT UP. I WENT TO THESE PEOPLE THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET A GREAT CAR FOR MY FAMILY BUT I WAS LET DOWN. DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY DONT CARE AT ALL AND THEY DONT FOLLOW THE RULES!!!
