        Worst experience with a vendor ever. Joy the owner ordered running boards for my new truck that she picked 100 percent on her own. She showed me a picture of the boards which are ok but it didnt show that they would hang down 10 below the truck. When the installers finally figured out how to install them after three hours LOL they are hideous and obviously not a good fit for my truck. She and the dealership have been passing the buck back and forth over who is responsible when clearly it is Startex. Its been three weeks and I still dont have the correct floor liners that she also ordered incorrectly. RUN AWAY! Any other option has to be better than this place.
