I truly appreciate you, I highly recommend Vicky and Yamilet them two lady left a good impression. I will be returning next year.

If youre looking for a cpa ( Vicki and Yamilet ) that are honest and will give you the best customer service then you dont need to look anymore. Go here where they will make filling taxes less of a hassle and relieve your stress. They actually care about you, youre not just a client to them!

I underwent an audit by the IRS following misinformation provided, resulting in a request for repayment of over 4K. Despite furnishing my W2 information, I have yet to receive proof of any completed amendments purportedly sent by Elva, my point of contact. Regrettably, her communication has been lacking, and attempts to address this have led to unprofessional responses and a refusal to continue providing services. Clear communication and follow-up are paramount, particularly with first-time customers, and the current conduct falls short of expected standards.
