NOT RELIABLE. I've called several times over the last couple of months for waste oil pick up and each time I've been assured by Daniel that they are coming today or tomorrow at the latest. This past Monday I spoke with him again because they have still yet to show up, and he PROMISED me that they would be here that day or the next at the absolute latest. Well you guessed it, they never showed up. I tried calling again but he just sends my call to voice mail. Very disappointed with the way they do business.

Very dependable! Customer service is awesome. Highly recommend big tex service. They quickly work with you and get the job done efficiently and quickly. They have never left us in a bind.

He was less than half the price of our original company and wasnt just on time but actually earlier than he said he would be! Great guy and amazing service, extremely professional, and would highly recommend to anyone.
