I'll change the rating if my experience changes, I've been waiting a month because they order my glasses wrong and I've came in twice and it wasn't until the second time have the glasses been reorded. It's a company so I don't expect any reimbursement for my wasted time. Something to think about before coming to this location.

Very bad experience I had today, December 14, 2023, I went to pick up my glasses and because they were already there, they sent me a text. When I ordered my glasses it was 2 pairs for what I paid, when I went to place the order for my pair of glasses the lady who helped me told me you have 130 that your insurance covers you can still choose another pair, I ordered ask the lady "and when I choose another pair I will have to pay more" she told me that it was for the same amount that she was telling me, another lady even helped me choose other plastics that will fit me according to the type of face round that I have and the lady supported me, I took the second plastics to the lady who was waiting for me at her desk and she asked me if I wanted both of them to see from close up and from a distance and I told her yes, finish making the I order and pay the amount she told me and it turns out that today I am going to pick up the two pairs and they only give me one pair, it cannot be possible that the lady told me that, the lady who served me and the one who helped me choose the second pair of plastics were not there at that time and I didn't pick anything up because they were only giving me one pair, because they don't respect what they offer you if I put the first pair on her and she sent me to choose the second pair and she was waiting for me, I'm Very annoying, next I will record everything they are offering me. Today, December 15, I returned to Amrica eyes glasses to talk to the lady who helped me yesterday and again she was not there but the lady who very kindly helped me choose the second plastics was there and she remembered that she had gone to order my glasses and had helped me, the lady's name is Laura, she asks me my name and goes to the drawers where they keep the glasses and she can't find them and after a while the manager arrives and she goes to me and accuses me that I had taken the glasses. glasses and I told him to check the cameras, he told so many lies that at the last Miss Laura very kindly continued to assist me and told me that the manager said to choose others to send to graduate and at that moment another lady comes out of the manager's office and she He brought the glasses that I had not picked up and that he was accusing me of having brought them to my house, it was another day of very bad attention that they gave me and the manager who lacked ethics, except for Miss Laura who He very kindly ended up giving me his attention, I would definitely not return to buy my glasses in this place.
