I went in to get my rear brakes changed and after they checked my brakes they said I needed a new bracket as well. I was fine with that. What they didn't tell me was that they didn't have that bracket and it had to be brought to them.so after being there 2 hours I asked what was taking so long and that's when I was informed about them not having the part. I got there at 9 am mind you had meetings scheduled for after 1 pm. The lack of communication cost me money ( around 500 dollars for having to reschedule things with such short notice) has I been informed that I needed to wait for that I would have been able to let my clients know and not broken my contract. I didn't get to leave there until 4 hours after I brought my car in. If it wasn't for the mechanic that's also a manager it would be 1 star.
