I highly recommend Shady Village Mobile Home Park for a great place to live. The community in which we live has been great. Everyone respectful of each other and their property. I have been very satisfied with all the help the manager Carolyn has giving us. She has always been very helpful and courteous to us. From the time we moved in Carolyn has always answered all our questions and concerns in person or by phone. She has gone above and beyond to to help us in our transition. Also Nico the maintenance guy always been prompt to fix any issues we have had. He keeps everything clean and working as it should be. I recommend anyone looking for a great community for your family. To live at Shady Village Mobile Home Park. Just ask for the Manager Carolyn she will help.

Checking out the place and the neighbors are hoarders and the homes are worn out this must have been a nice place with a basketball court and pool but definitely not anymore

I went to go throw trash and it was to heavy for me so I called Mrs. Carolina and she sent Nicols and he help me out with my trash. Thank you Mrs. Carolina for helping me out and thank you Nicols for helping me throw my trash away.

Called Carolyn in the office because we had a major water leak in the lot next to us. Nico came right away to turn off the water and fixed it. It was really late and I'm sure he was tired but, he got it done.
