        bad customer service i got seated and received my drink and my server didnt bother asking me if im ready to order I just seen my waitress standing up talking to another worker didnt come up to check on me I was sitting down for maybe 10 minutes before I got up and walked out

        As someone who used to be a waitress herself ,Francismar needs to learn how to better treat customers and be more polite.Im in shock that Im even here complaining cause I always try to be patient but today her attitude was the last straw. Took forever to get our drinks. Even when taking our orders it was taken with an attitude. They had maybe max 8-10 tables with people. It wasnt busy. The cherry on top was when I was checking out and she automatically clicked the 20% tip option and handed me the tablet to sign. Thankfully it needs our signature, imagine if it didnt and she tipped herself that.

        We came here around 1am last week there was a girl alone with glasses cooking . i applaud her because not only was she alone but she managed to give good presentation. it took a lil too long but we understood she was the only one . there was only two people there . only giving it 4 stars because the french toast was dry .

        3:30m Good Friday, there was only two other tables of people dining in. I ordered a drink and left after waiting over ten minutes for it, no one ever came back to the table. Management needs to be attentive to its customers and employees. I was looking forward to blueberry pancakes all day. I went across the way to Black Bear Dinner and was not disappointed, Served and food out in 11 minutes.
