Closed early on Xmas week when for retail u want to make the most money. Why was this one the only closed Clare's in the area?

I came here to get my three month old daughters ear pierced. As a first time mom of a daughter this is something that I know its not pleasant for a baby. But try to make a daughter mother moment, the lady and cashier was very rude, she treated me and made me feel as if I was stupid. There was a girl thinking they have expirience piercing babies. She had to pierce her ears twice on each ear. I promise baby was not even moving, the young lady would not stop shaking as if it was her first time. I should of walked out. So I went to the older Hispanic lady asking her if she felt the same way towards the piercings not looking the same. She said babies move if you dont like it take them of and come back in 72 hours. The young girl apologizing I said its okybof the lady that looks like has more expirience is acting this way, what can I expect. I ended up doing it my self so much better. Dont take babies there, I guess its better for older kiddos. This lady ruined that moment with my daughter

Never coming back! Olga the cashier made my shopping experience with my two girls very uncomfortable.... Olga I suggest you find a job where you dont have deal with little girls.
