I brought my son here for a weird rash that wasnt improving after a visit to the CVS clinic. The nurse practitioner that I think is kinda new there knew exactly what to give him and it cleared right up and hasnt come back! She seemed very knowledgeable and caring. Also, I see a lot of people complain about the wait time, but it really wasnt that bad when we were there.

FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR ENTIRE DAY Zero stars I don't give zero stars because they don't allow it to wait two and a half hours They only called me to measure my weight and blood pressure and of course collect payment for the appointment And I kept waiting badly, very bad service. Besides, I had to make three different appointments because they couldn't do a general checkup and do a thyroid and testosterone checkup, three appointments, three payments and three days of work lost.

Terrible service in that clinic, I took my mom and Dr. Arauz couldn't take care of her, they put me through a female doctor who apparently doesn't even know what she's doing, she was looking on Google what medicine to give my mom, that day she took care of her, she was eating in the room, it seems so unprofessional to me, I don't know why they still have her there instead of helping Dr. Arauz, it slows him down more! She introduces herself as a doctor and is nothing more than a simple nurse, I'm really upset They should do something because it is negligence and I am going to report them to the board of medicine. I had to wait 3 hours and I left disappointed. If you value your life, don't go to that clinic.

Why does this office say it opens at 7:30 am, but it never does. Still waiting and it is past 7:30 am. They need to update their hours. If it opens at 8:00 am then fix the office hours.
