Its a horrible place bad safety horrible management not a good place too be and the people are self centered and only care for themselves 10/10 don't go here its that bad.

SBM does not uphold or enforce the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission rights policy in Pasadena Texas My first week at SBM Life Science was a bad experience. Certain individuals began targeting me and singling me out of which I was harassed by four individuals who tried to run me off. Upon reporting those individuals I was retaliated against by other individuals for pursuing my rights to engage in legal activity One of the individuals told me that he was gang affiliated with the Latin Kings and with The Tango Blast. He also told me that it be alot of car jackings happening in Pasadena Texas. One individual at SBM, upon getting off work one night, blew past doing between 80 to 100 mph in a 35 mph school zone. Some of the forklift drivers drive wrecklessly; not blowing their horns to let people know they are there. Which is a very serious safety hazard in the workplace Management is very poor and unprofessional. They only care about work production and not about the rights of certain races of of people who are being harassed in the workplace Human Resources is a waste of time they do not respect the rights of certain individuals based on their race or color but down play the seriousness of formal complaints that are brought to them and even allow workplace harassment ito continue in and away from the workplace Some of the line leads don't know how to talk to other races of people, you have to be the same race as them . It's a gang affiliated workplace . There is no structure in the workplace Contractors are greatly unfavored in the workplace of which there is no room for them to advance unless you are a of a certain race The leads are not even safe with the chemical pesticide and weed killers that they make. OSHA really needs to investigate SBM Life Science.
