    Been with t mobile a year now and am really disappointed on this company they have too many hidden fees and they always break their contracts and charge you for it and have a lots of employees that are not honest and have 0 integrity so far I am really disappointed , oh and my problem still not fix its been 6 months and still waiting . Sprint was way better and had well trained staff that were honest ,and the reason why I end up with t mobile was because they bought off sprint and now I am stuck here dealing with their lies and incompetence. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED OF T MOBILE!!!!

    I work from home and the T-Mobile 5g box I have same not to work well with work. I called T-mobile multiple times about my connection and was told by the last tech that she suggest I get a Nokia box. I had the tech locate a store that have one and she set me up at the Pasadena store. The drive to get there was long, and the wait was even longer. Got home connected all my devices back which took hours logged into work and started having system issues again. I reached out to my work IT Tech who I told the box was exchanged for a Nokia as the tech rep at T-Mobile told me, was asked for the model number from the back of the modem and found it was the other modem not the Nokia. The thing that strikes me all they work there and twice I mentioned I was here to pick up the Nokia and they still after having me wait for several minutes gave me the arcadyan box instead. I missed 2 days of work, and put a lot of time into connecting all my devices. As soon as my phones on that account is paid off I'm moving my service. Whatever happen to good customer service and 1st time resolutions.
