RWB Installation

Communication was great throughout the day on when they would be arriving. Crew arrived and were polite and respectful. The delivery forgot a part and they were patient with my fianc running to Home Depot to get the part. Whatever mess was made during the installation they cleaned up. These two gentlemen made this experience great after what I had to deal with early with the delivery crew. I would definitely use this company again!

Things went smoothly until they didn't with this crew. Appliance installation was arranged through Home Depot, initially, and the crew came out on time to do the $69 measurement of my cooktop space (literally two measurements). Then, on the day when the cooktop arrived, I was told they would be there between 2:30 and 5:00 to do the $30 installation, but would call ahead to confirm. So, despite the fact that I had things to do, I waited for them. At 4:48, I called the main office because it would be closing for the day. They told me the installer was delayed by 30 minutes. When he finally called me at 6:26, he told me he was ten minutes out. Twenty minutes later, he finally arrived and hooked the stove up inside of ten minutes and was gone. A little communication and a lot more timeliness would've gone a long way toward me ever wanting to deal with these folks again.

I used RWB Installation to install a cooktop purchased through Home Depot. Everything went right with this install. The installers called Home Depot ahead of delivery to confirm delivery details and then called me to set up a 2-hour arrival window for the installation. They were even early for the install. The cooktop was a tight fit, but the installers were patient, professional and diligent. I would buy through Home Depot again just to use RWB! If you can, ask for Rey and Gilbert, they are the best!

Excellent service. Installed replacement wall oven/microwave combination. Each scheduled step was either on time or early. Very professional. Highly recommend!
