Arbors At Town Square

I lived here last year and I just wanted to say my part. Firstly, when I first moved in I discovered my 1b1b to be infested with roaches. When I brought it up to management, they gaslit me into thinking it wasnt an issue since it wasnt "raining roaches". They would come spray but that never helped, so the issue never went away. When I asked if it was an issue with other tenants, I was told no of course not. That was just a straight lie to my face because when I was in the office talking to management abt the issue, they wrote it down in their maintenance book where I was able to see the issue was written down and happening with 1 or 2 other tenants. Management did not care whatsoever about working with me to fix it and it was very evident. They normalized it and that did not sit right with me. Other than that, my car ended up with so many scratches, flat tires, etc. due to people trying to break in, vandalize, etc. It was so frequent to get notices of break ins and such during my time here. Run, dont walk! Far far away from this place. Rent was low but its for a reason. Go anywhere else.

I been here for 7 years and i enjoyed every bit of it. I love the office ladies, they are awesome! Maintenance is quick to get things done. The only reason Im leaving is because i need a 3 bdrm.

From the outside perspective, the office people and the apartments are very nice. They host holiday events here for the people who live there, and it's always a fun time. The people there are welcomed, but at night, homeless trespass. It's not safe to do laundry after dark.

Been living here a few years now and I love it for the most part. The location is kept clean. The ladies in the office are all wonderful and maintenance is pretty quick. Not bad for families.
