It was time to update the review for 2024 Starting with the exterior of the property The playground and pool are super nice well kept up and clean The units themselves are affordable and very space efficient with all the things youd expect The staff especially Omars are always helpful ,very understanding and very responsive All and all a good place to call home The manager is more than reasonable when it comes to payment arrangement and resident needs

During my visit here, I was pleasantly greeted by the hospitable staff. Even though I was just browsing around for a potential new place to call home, the manager and other staff members extended genuine kindness and professionalism. I had the opportunity to interact with some residents who walked in during my visit, and their friendliness added to the positive atmosphere of the community. It's evident that the staff prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of their residents, which is a reassuring aspect for anyone considering this complex. While I haven't made a decision yet, this complex has definitely secured a spot as a top contender on my list.

Really wanted to love this place, this is a one star review for ONLY the process of trying to get into a unit. First encounter they were arguing with one of their tenants, it took them literally an hour to hash out everything.. 3 sets of people were in the lobby waiting to get helped. When I did finally apply, I got no call or email even though Omara defensively kept saying she did.. (I wasnt combative in any way, but I can tell she is just probably used to people trying to pull receipts on her) anyways, nobody reached out to me so I went up there.. apparently they lost my money order. When she found it in my literal application she hit me with the risk fee of 1000$ over a misdemeanor I had in 2017. I was willing to pay because I had super high hopes and dreams about being in a cute vintage looking townhome. She calculated me at nearly 3000$ for total move in, so, no specials. I was supposed to move in on the 26th. I emailed her and asked to pay everything on the first because I wasnt in a situation where I needed to be prorated 200$ for the end of February. Went up there on 26th when the unit was supposed to be ready and I was told it wasnt ready yet, but when I come back with the money on the 1st that I can look at it uh, what? Lol obviously I questioned if the unit was actually going to be ready today when I was supposed to move in and she said she would call me by the end of the day so I could go and look at it. I have heard NOTHING from them. Nothing. Why so sus? Why so unprofessional? Cant believe I had the vision I did about living here. This was the most suspicious encounter Ive ever had with an apartment complex in my life lol
