Megan was very personable and helpful. She's why the 4 star is here. Only reason it isn't a 5 is because this is the first time meeting her. The other lady I've dealt with would easily have this place at a 2 at best. No knowledge. Not personable or welcoming at all.

I recently visited this location for the first time (December 22nd). I will say, the store looks great and the employee was friendly. I purchased the Smok RPM 100 Kit, the batteries required, and salt nic juice. However, my issue is that I can't use the vape I bought. I opened and set up the vape in store after purchasing and mentioned it had a burnt taste. I've since changed out the coils, and the burnt taste is still there - in fact, it's so bad that I literally can not use it. I went by the store today (28th) in hopes that I could do a return, exchange, or have someone help me out with a solution of some sort. Unfortunately, I was told no returns or exchanges were possible and that the owner encourages the employees to "fight tooth and nail" to prevent any returns/exchanges from occurring because it's a loss for the store. So, I'm at a loss of 100$, and I guess I have to be okay with that. As someone who has 10+ years of managerial experience, I can not fathom any establishment that doesn't value, promote, promise, and deliver exceptional customer service. I really wanted to like this place and become a loyal, frequent customer - but, sadly, I can't, in good consciousness, recommend this place to anyone.
