Great workers, always very polite and professional. A bit pricy but my leak was repaired without me having to do it. Only bad thing is there is no schedule for dispatch. Your name goes on a board and they work by going to an area, if you are in that area you get a great crew to fix your issue. I have used them twice and will continue, my avg wait from calling in to arrival is about 9 - 10 days and I live in Deport, so probably not that much work in my geographical area. Cost and wait keeps Me from giving 5 stars.

Exum can't be counted on to warranty their work. Five months after moving in new house Exum plumbed, water began seeping out of tile in master shower. Shower wall nipple was not properly installed and dripped for months until wall was saturated. Called Exum three times finally plumber called to schedule visit. When asked to confirm this was warranty work he said he'd have to ask boss. I didn't think I should pay them again for work they should have done right the first time plus I had the costs of the damage caused by leak. I have never heard back from them!

These folks knocked it out of the park for us. Staff was polite, courteous, punctual and effective.
