        If I could rate lower, I would. Not happy at all. The landlord usually takes care of the lawn but has been busy with work the past month. I called Sanchez Lawn care on April 4th, and received a quote on my yard. I was then told to text my address to them and that they would be in touch the following day to discuss what time to show up on the 6th. Keep in mind the whole point of this was to get the yard taken care of before it rained on the 6th. I have never heard back from them, even after I tried to reach out to them on the 5th since I never received a call from them.
