        Warning for Canadian purchasers. When product was found to be cracked upon receipt, Bootstrap offered a refund but advised I would have to re-order and pay the high shipping charges again to have the defective product replaced.

        We have been doing business with Bootstrap Farmer since we started our farm in late 2019. They were the first farm supply business we purchased equipment and supplies from and 3+ years later we continue to purchase from them as we see them as our partner in this industry. Truly a team that is dedicated to great products but just as importantly, a team that is dedicated to customers satisfaction and success.

        Order a set of 10 buckets, one of the lids was missing, they immediately sent a replacement lid. Very Happy

        This company is a complete scam. We purchased an order on January 27, 2023. Two employees from bootstrap farmer confirmed through texts and also several phone calls that all the parts were in stock for our purchase. They delayed the purchase two weeks because of bad weather (which is understandable), and then said theyre out of stock with needed parts. (Bootstrap Farmer completely lied to us.) because the sold our order to another customer that order 10 times more than us. They clearly showed us where their intentions were going. They have dishonest employees and a dishonest manager. The manager has changed their story around not receiving parts over and over again. This business gives inaccurate information and their dishonest stories keep evolving. They completely wasted our time for almost 4 weeks. Time is money in business. Bootstrap farmer affected a lot of peoples jobs with our business and now they have no work. They use the implement weather excuse for 4 weeks straight. Then, the weather was fine and they couldnt come up with any more excuses. They committed fraud.

      Unfortunately due to the inclement weather, not only our business, but that of our vendors and suppliers was also severely impacted and caused supply issues for us. We were expecting a shipment of parts that had not arrived as expected then subsequently cancelled by our vendor. Once we were aware we would be unable to fulfill your order in a timely manner, we apologized for the inconvenience the delays had caused, and you were refunded in full for your entire order.
