Meaning he goes above and beyond with the care of the customer and your vehicle needs. He is very attentive and make sure your vehicle is done correct. Whatever your needs are and questions. Russell make sure its all checked off and let you know it's done before u leave. I also want to Thank the Gentlemen that work on Big Boy [my truck] they are Amazing.
