My wife and I went to Paris Tx for our driver license renewal appointment . Its about 90 miles from Rowlett . When we got there we were worried how the process was going to be but all the ladies work there was so helpful and caring. They were so kind and the process was very quick. This office should be the model for all the DMV in Texas. You guys made our trip pleasurable and worth it . Thank you

I failed my divers test because I took a right turn when another driver took a left onto my street and the car behind them tried to illegally go around while they turned, I made my turn already and was driving away when this happened I had no control over that other driver and I still failed and when questioned about it I was told that it was a potential accident even though I was already driving away. also it took 2 hours after my appointment was scheduled before they actually saw me.

Excellent service, good atmosphere, everyone friendly, especially Dolores who is at the place of the procedure. I have never felt so comfortable in a public office. Thank you all
