        I went in with a friend to cash ed to get a vehicle a CASHIERS CHECK from Chase Bank. Was treated TERRIBLY by the Blond woman in the first office. She was going to open an account & leave over half in the account as she need to get a vehicle

      When a new customer opens an account, we do not allow any cash back on the initial deposit immediately. The money must stay in the account long enough to verify that the deposited check is valid before any funds are released. With the increasing check fraud, we must be very careful to verify all checks presented to us before releasing cash. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
