        Welp went there a couple of weeks ago to get my tires rotated and they kept my lock nut key, so now I'm stuck on side of the road with 3 nuts off a full size spare in my trunk and no way to remove my lock nut

        I provided multiple parts and they failed to tell me one of them didn't fit and didn't put it on. So, I left the shop after paying a premium without the parts on my vehicle. I had to call to get them mailed back to me, after getting 100miles down the road I realized and had to rebuy and replace the parts myself. I should have read the reviews of other shops in town offering cheaper services.

      Elizabeth, we are sorry that you are still experiencing issues with your 1981 Dodge Mobile Home. As the invoice stated… when you only provided a portion of the parts that we told you the vehicle needed, we could not guarantee the issues would be resolved. As your invoice stated, “CUSTOMER ORIGINALY STATED THAT VEHICLE WAS SHAKING SEVERELY. ALL PARTS WERE QUOTED TO THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER PURCHASED SOME OF THE PARTS BUT NOT ALL OF THE PARTS NEEDED. ALIGNMENT IS NOT GUARANTEED AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THE PREVIOUS ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED”. For the issue to be fully corrected we will need to replace all the components that we initially recommended replacing.
