Used to really love the famous bowls. Lately they are not what they used to be. They were better with the old popcorn chicken. They actually gave you chicken and gravy. This last bowl I got literally had 4 little chicken pieces, ver dry hardly any gravy. Kind of stingy with the corn also. Stop being so stingy.

KFC has really gone down hill, repeatedly we have gotten meals without biscuits, food tastes like old grease.. We used some coupons yesterday to get some boxed meals....the chicken was over cooked, dry and again grease tasted old, even the biscuits tasted like old grease...ugh!!! The mashed potatoes had almost no gravy on them, and one of my pieces of chicken had someone's long piece of hair all wrapped up in it...needless to say the dogs got that one. Very Disappointed with this establishment for a while now...guess it's time to give the other guys a try.

Went around 5:15 pm thru the drive thru. The lady that took my order was rude, go to the window to pick up and she's not friendly at all. Got home, the chicken was old and dry...really bad service !!!! You pay alot and you get get bad service and bad food!!! Just not acceptable. Won't go there anymore!

Has messed up the order or left things out of the order every single time we come through.
