Schneider Suites

They say they're pet friendly, but they are not. Shortly after I moved in I was told that there were complaints about my trained SERVICE dog had releived herself in the lobby. A few months later they demanded that I put a muzzle on her. That was only a couple of examples. The managers are rude. They screamed at me in front of other residents when my dog tried to greet them. They are rarely in the office. The halls are i deserate need of vaccuuming and mopping. The ceiling near the laundry room is collapsing, has been for months. And the washers and dryers are over-priced. I can't get out of there fast enough.

New owner is from out of state and wasted my time and is highly unprofessional doesn't return calls might text you back and her voicemail is full so you cant leave a message and its excuse after excuse

The building located right across Inez McCarley Park. Great location and friendly neighbors. I stay there 6 month a year. Its my second home. I love this place so much! Highly recommend it.

I've been looking for something like this for a long time. I moved from Florida to Texas with my family and it was extremely hard to find a nice apartment for a reasonable price. Schneider Suites is 5 star hotel style building, but its apartment building, not a hotel. With everything included water, electricity etc they were able to keep rents low. I found my dream apartments. New management is working hard to make everyones apartment super comfortable. I told all my friends about this place. One of my friends family is moving here next month. So excited.
