Ann and Kelvin were great to work with. Got us lined up perfectly for the sale of our home to the purchase of the new one without having to stay with family or a hotel. Worked with us every step of the way and kept us informed of any changes. Even hooked us up with a different mortgage company that got me a better rate than the one I was currently with and had missed 0 payments. Would recommend them anytime.

Ann Logan told us she would find us a house the first day we met her. We had been looking for two months and everything we looked at got outbid on. The next day she had a house and it took six weeks to close because she found discrepancies with the seller and closing issues and saved us a lot of money around $40K total. She was awesome from beginning to end. She worked late in the evening to make this work for us. Ive never seen anyone work so hard to help me. Ann Logan is the best realtor youll ever find. Got me and my wife into a house in Athens. We have recommended her to my son-in-law whos buying a house in East Texas also because you cant find any better realtor. She also has many connections that will save you money on repair costs including a foundation guy and her sons are both plumbers and she got me a big discount with ADT. Forever grateful Ann.
