        All I have to do is call and they make sure to have my order ready in a timely manner. The customer service is very good and they will do whatever they can to help. Highly recommend this business.

        The work they do is good. the customer service is lacking. I had to pay an extra 15 dollars for my order because they had already ordered for that week, three weeks later still no shirts. I have ordered with this company 3 or 4 times, always an excess as to why they cant get the order timely. The only reason I used them again was they had my logo for shirts and caps in there database. I will try a different company for my next order.

      I do apologize for the order taking longer than normal. This is not the way we choose to run our business. We had an employee out with COVID in the family for 2 weeks, as well as our embroidery machine being down with service issues for several days. Please accept our apology for this taking longer than normal! We do appreciate your business!!
