I had a spring break overnight which trapped my vehicle. Luckily I noticed it that evening when turning on garage lights. Knowing we would need the vehicle next day, called Overhead Garage Door's 24 hr number. Call was answered by a polite and professional sounding young woman who asked all the right questions pertaining to the problem along with the necessary contact information. She stated I would receive a callback in the morning. Around 7:00am, I received a call from a gentleman letting me know that a technician would arrive between 8 & 10. At 9:00, Hector, the OGD tech arrived in a company marked truck and after introducing himself, sized up the job and provided an estimate. In doing some research on the general average spring replacement charge, I found his estimate to be reasonable. Hector had the spring replaced, the motor recalibrated for the new tension the new spring had, along with rebalancing the door etc.,etc., in an hour. I was exceptionally happy with the work he did, his demeanor, and professionalism. Unequivocally, my family recommends Overhead Garage Door company for the service they provided.

My mother-in-law ordered two doors and the installers have rescheduled for the fourth time. She bought a house and tried to get doors installed before she moved any items. She is a recent widow and does not deserve to be treated this way.
