I visited Dr.Randle in late August regarding a referral to an allergist. She said she would send the referral and I should hear from them within a week. After not hearing back from anybody a week and a half later, I called and called Christus Magnolia in Palestine, TX and nobody picked up the phone. I then sent a text message on my chart where I was given a first phone number to call the clinic because my paperwork had already been faxed. I called and the number was not a working number. I am then given a second number to call and its to a gynecologist. I am NOT needing a GYNECOLOGIST, im needing an ALLERGIST. After texting Randels staff one more time, they tell me the doctor I was referred to is no longer practicing in Palestine so to WHO and WHERE was my paper work faxed to?? They have wasted a week and a half of my time now. I left Frenchs office because they couldnt seem to help me with my referral either and now Randels office is doing it too.
