I literally was in so much pain this morning I was screaming every time we hit a bump in the road. I have spondylosis in my spine, inflammation, narrowing, and am in pain a lot. This morning was the worst yet. I was scared to be adjusted, scared to have the massage on my back, scared to be touched. 15-20 minutes after my appointment I was able to move better, my pain was within my normal range, and everything that felt ruined in my back felt so much better. I am so so so grateful. Actually my back had been getting worse before my appointments and I was really scared the pain situation was irreversible. Going to Gray Chiropractic has completely changed my mind and given me hope. Take care of your bones people!!! Give them the attention you give your hair, your nails, your eyes, or your organs!!!!! Be pre-emptive!!!! That's solid advice from someone who deals with chronic pain all the time and waited till 44 and health issues to force me to see a chiropractor. My kids will ALL be having regular visits and learn this is as important as a dentist.
