I can understand now why they don't have many customers. Went to buy a vehicle, test drove and decided to negotiate. Salesman said "I talked to my manager and he said he doesn't negotiate". Sorry for the salesman, he missed a cash sale.

Quality workmanship issue in Maintenance Department. Missing fasteners after work performed. Had mother-in-law oil pan plastic cover fall while driving, one month after oil change from dealership. Figured allot could happen in a month so did not tie to dealership for missing fasteners. Recently I had wife alternator replaced and then I found 5 trim fasteners missing right after service. Afraid to think of what else is not installed and lacking on workmanship. Will look elsewhere for reliable Toyota Maintenance. Also, seems to be no urgency to meeting customer needs on time. I was given a month wait time for an OEM alternator, got the OEM part in 3 days from a different online Toyota dealership. Makes you wonder how Houston Toyota dealership have parts and new car stock and all you find at this dealership is used cars, long wait times getting the feeling the chip shortage thing is working out nice for inventory tax purposes. This location has taken a big step back in terms of being a dealership.
