Best apartments I have ever lived in. Friendly and professional staff, great neighbors and all the amenities are updated with consistent maintenance checks. 10/10.

Having lived in Palestine most of my life, I didnt anticipate living in an apartment until my home burned in October 2022. Faced with looking for a place to live, The Overlook Apartments were the first to come to mind. Traveling on the loop often, I watched them being built and when I looked at the spacious floorplans and saw the amenities, I knew this was the place for me. Halle and Star were so helpful, showing me around and answering my many questions. Thankfully, I was able to snag a garage very close to my apartment and THAT is something you wont find at any other apartment complex in town. After a year of living here, this is home. But The Overlook is more than an apartment complex, it is a community where friendships are made and the residents are happy! Well done, Marie & Lindsey!

Recently toured this apartment community and its absolutely beautiful! From the well kept grounds, the pool, the staff! My favorite is the dog park and pet wash station, Lucky and I will love it here. Definitely applying when my lease is up!
