      image After a few bad experiences of aggressive upsell tactics, I hesitated calling. He was so flippin obnoxious that I quit being a regular customer. I built a clean-out myself and snaked my own drain. Injury prevented me from using it this time. Todays experience was quite the opposite. My main drain was unclogged and then sent down two more times just to make sure. Ray was friendly, efficient and thorough. Wish I could request him or an equivalent each time. I feel reassured that this may be the normal once more.

      image Eric was very friendly and professional. He is a very knowledgeable plumber. I like that he spoke Spanish and was able to explain the process to my parents in Spanish. Before he began Installing the water heater, he explained the whole process and after he was done, he explained to us how to maintain the water heater. He also let us know that if we have any questions or concerns to dont hesitate to reach out to them.
