Doctors office sent prescription here since they had what we needed in stock , went to pick up and was told they dont take our insurance which I NEVER heard in the 8 years we have had this insurance . I asked them to call my insurance and she said she checked and said a name / company I never heard of . I told her to call them because I dont recognize that name but she didnt want to so I walked out . Im not getting ripped off because I know for a fact their company takes our insurance. We have the highest ppo. I dont care if I have to call all day to see who else has what we need I wont be spending money here for something I know is covered . Dont let them scam you . Stay away

Must allow prescriptions at least 24 hours to be ready. If you go the same day they wont be available for you

Horrible service especially through the phone. The ladies always answer rudely not friendly at all. We you call to check on you prescription or to get an ordered filled they have an attitude about it. I called to check on my prescription and was on wait for more than 20 mins. Had to hang up and recall they still had an attitude like usual. Need friendlier staff and not like you are doing us a favor when its your job to help the people with their medications.

My doctor sends the prescriptions to pharmacy I pick them up. No more bringing paper and waiting around. They are fast and friendly.
