        Amazing quality & customer service! Michelle and team have the best selection and quality fireplaces around. We did a total renovation of our interior fireplace, they helped us design it, then came out to measure our fireplace, get it drawn up & sent off to the manufacturer. Michelle personally made sure the draft fit before the final order was welded, and when the final piece arrived it was perfect!! The highest quality iron gates & beautiful gas logs. When Stephen installed it, he offered to paint the bricks behind (it looks amazing now!) and then installed everything flawlessly. I couldn't recommend them more! It's hard to find such great customer service these days, but Fireplace & Patio Trends is a quality business!

        Very poor customer service. The owner quoted me a price on a fire pit and a few days later would not honor the quote she had given me. I asked to have her call me back and she never did. I asked the employee to check with her and get back to me and he never called back either. I have bought from them in the past but will never again!!

        These guys are the best! I have a major event scheduled at my house in two weeks. I called Steve to see what he recommended to refurbish my outside fireplace and get it working properly. Steve came out and completely transformed my ugly, non working fireplace in about an hour! Vacuumed it out, painted the interior, replaced a gas pipe with a new gas pan, new lava rockslooks amazing! Finally works properly. And not expensive. I should have done this years ago!! Im going to have him come back and work his magic on my other interior fireplaces. Ask for Steve. He knows what hes doing!!

      Hello Linda, Hi it is Michelle. I do believe there was a miscommunication between me and my sales team member and you. I am not sure why there was not a call back to you sooner. I started vacation last week and am out of the store until,July 5th. I remember writing down the price for you on my card, I told my sales crew to call you and let you know to bring the card in and we would honor the price I gave you. I am not sure what happened. My sales crew and myself strive for good customer service. I Thank you for being a repeat customer. We always appreciate all of our customers and I would invite you to please come back in and let us make this right. You can call me at the store on Wednesday July 5th. I will be there then or if you need the fire pit for the 4th of July please call or go to the store, I will make sure the sales crew know you are coming and to make sure you are taken care of. I hope you will give us another opportunity.Thank you
